Meet Chloe Kaznoch, LISW-S

Hi, I’m Chloe, founder of Chagrin Falls Counseling.

I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults navigate the emotional challenges that often come with growing up and moving forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—creating a space where clients feel understood while also gaining tools for real change.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who they are. Together, we work to better understand patterns, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling path forward.

I have a special interest in supporting clients navigating anxiety, OCD, identity development, life transitions, and mood concerns.

My Approach

Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor treatment to each client’s goals and personality while drawing from evidence-based approaches such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD

  • Mindfulness-based strategies

  • Emotion regulation skills

  • Insight-oriented therapy

Why I Do This Work

I’m especially passionate about supporting teens and young adults because this stage of life can feel like a lot all at once—figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to navigate everything around you.

Therapy can be a place where you slow things down, understand yourself better, and start feeling more confident in how you move through the world.

Meet Sarah Days, LISW-S

Finding the right support for your child or teen can feel overwhelming, especially when they’re struggling and you’re not sure how to help. My goal is to make this process feel a little easier, and to create a space where your child feels safe, understood, and supported.

I’ve spent over 10 years working with children and adolescents ages 4–18, helping them navigate anxiety, big emotions, behavioral challenges, and school-related stress. I know that kids don’t always have the words to explain what’s going on, and that’s okay. I meet them where they are, whether that’s through play, creativity, or more direct skill-building.

My Approach

For younger children, I use play-based therapy to help them express themselves, build emotional awareness, and feel more in control of their world. With teens, I focus on practical tools—helping them manage anxiety, improve confidence, and better understand themselves and their relationships.

I also believe parents are an important part of the process. I’ll work with you to better understand what your child is going through and give you tools to support them at home, so you don’t feel like you’re navigating this alone.

Therapy with me is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your child’s unique needs. My goal is to help them feel more confident, capable, and equipped with skills they can carry with them long after therapy ends.

Why I Do This Work

I’ve always been drawn to working with kids and teens during the moments when things feel hardest; for them and for their families. I know how much it matters to feel truly seen and understood at a young age, and how powerful it can be to learn those skills early.

There’s something really meaningful about helping a child find their voice, or watching a teen start to believe in themselves again. I do this work because I care deeply about giving kids a space where they can be themselves, feel supported, and learn how to navigate their world with more confidence.
